Allow me to introduce myself. I am Mike Baumwald. I am a recent arrival to Western North Carolina from Orlando, Florida. The words “Home Watch” are somewhat common to Florida's seasonal residents but may not be as familiar in Western North Carolina's seasonal community. My service is primarily directed at giving you peace of mind when you are away from your Western North Carolina home. I will personally inspect the interior and exterior of your home, condominium, or townhouse once each week and I will communicate my findings to you each month via email, telephone. If urgency is required I will notify you immediately.
